Message	ConVerTT has correctly interpreted the CarFax, ThisIsSparTTa doesn't understand what the various entries mean. To be on the safe side, conclude the transaction at your local tag/title/registration office. If they indicate you can walk out of there with a clean/clear title upon of appropriate fees, you're good to go. If not, have the seller clear the issue or don't through with it.
